Healthy Morning Energizer
Start your day off right with this tasty and healthy smoothie that is full of protein, fiber, and antioxidants. It will give you more energy and help you get off to a good start in the morning.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Peel and slice the ripe banana
Place all the ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Add ice cubes if desired for a colder smoothie
Pour into a glass and enjoy your healthy morning energizer
