Slow Cooker Chipotle BBQ Pork

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, diced onion, minced garlic, and minced chipotle peppers
In a separate bowl, mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
