Vegan Neapolitan Waffle Sundaes
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
- Vegan chocolate sauce optional
- Fresh fruit for topping optional
Instructions:
Blend the bananas, oats, almond milk, and vanilla extract together in a blender until the mixture is smooth
Split the batter in three equal parts
Pour one part of the batter into a waffle iron that has already been heated and cook according to the directions on the waffle iron
Once youre done with the first part of the batter, add the cocoa powder and mix it in well
You can cook in a waffle iron
Add sliced strawberries to one part of the batter and mix it together until its smooth
You can cook in a waffle iron
Put the waffles on a plate in a Neapolitan style vanilla, chocolate, strawberry after they are all done cooking
Add sliced strawberries on top, and if you want, drizzle with maple syrup or vegan chocolate sauce
Add fresh fruit as a garnish if you like
Serve right away and enjoy
