  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package vegan dumpling wrappers

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, and green onions

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper

Mix well to combine

Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper

Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges by pressing firmly with your fingers or using a fork

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil

Place dumplings in the skillet, flat side down, and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes

Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 5-6 minutes or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through

Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice
