Triple Smoke Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground bacon
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices smoked cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
- Pickles
Instructions:
Put breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
Add the ground beef, ground pork, ground bacon, and mix them all together
Mix everything together well
Four burger patties should be made from the meat mixture
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
Cover each patty with a slice of smoked cheddar cheese and cook for one more minute
This will melt the cheese
Gather the barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl
While the burgers are cooking, make the sauce
For a minute or two, toast the burger buns on the grill until they get a little brown
Spread the sauce on the bottom bun and then add a lettuce leaf, a burger patty with melted cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and pickles
Put the other half of the bun on top
With your favorite sides, serve the Triple Smoke Burgers hot
