Hibiscus Gin Sour
A flowery and refreshing take on the classic gin sour. The sour taste of hibiscus goes well with the botanical notes of gin.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0
- 75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 10-15 seconds
Add ice and shake vigorously for another 10-15 seconds
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lemon twist or hibiscus flower if desired
