Green Salmon Sheet Pan Bake
This Green Salmon Sheet Pan Bake is a tasty and healthy keto-friendly dish. The salmon has good omega-3 fats, and the different kinds of green vegetables have fiber and vitamins that your body needs. Its an easy one-pan dish that works great on busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Spread salmon fillets out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Put broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Add olive oil and toss them with everything
Cover the salmon fillets on the sheet pan with the vegetable mix
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft and the salmon is cooked all the way through
Before you serve the salmon and vegetables, top them with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley
