Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars

A tasty treat made from chocolate chip cookies and creamy cheesecake in the form of bars.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Put half of the cookie dough in the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan that has been greased

To make it smooth, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl

Place the cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie dough

On top of the cream cheese layer, crumble the rest of the cookie dough

Add chocolate chips on top

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown

Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars
