Superfoods Salad
Kale, quinoa, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds are just a few of the healthy foods that are in this Superfoods Salad. It tastes great and is also very good for you.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
Instructions:
Put the cooked quinoa and chopped kale in a large salad bowl
The bowl should now have blueberries, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and feta cheese in it
Mix everything together slowly
Diced avocado, carrots, and cucumber should be put on top of the salad
Put olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk
Just before you serve the salad, drizzle it with the dressing
Toss to mix, and then enjoy
