Peach, Cherry, and Green Bean Salad with Basil Vinaigrette

The peach, cherry, and green bean salad with basil vinaigrette is a great mix of sweet and savory tastes. The fresh basil vinaigrette makes the dish taste even better, and the juicy peaches and cherries go well with the crisp green beans. This salad is simple but classy, and its great for summer parties.

Ingredients:

  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup green beans, blanched and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put the peaches, cherries, and blanched green beans in a large bowl and mix them together

Shaved basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a different bowl

This will make the basil vinaigrette

The basil vinaigrette should be poured over the salad ingredients in the large bowl

Gently toss everything together to make sure the vinaigrette covers the salad well

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it so the flavors can mix
